Meet Dr. Alexa Fiffick
Redefining women’s healthcare with compassion, connection, and expertise.
A Note from Dr. Alexa Fiffick
Hi, I’m Dr. Alexa Fiffick. I’ve built my practice around a simple but powerful belief: women deserve to feel truly seen, heard, and supported in every step of their health journey. My role isn’t just to diagnose or treat symptoms—it’s to be a trusted partner and advocate, walking with you through life’s changes with empathy and expertise.
I take a proactive, personalized approach to care because no two women are the same. Together, we’ll create a thoughtful, individualized wellness plan that reflects your goals, values, and lifestyle. Whether you’re navigating hormonal changes, managing chronic conditions, or simply looking for a provider who listens—I’m here for you.
Women’s health is at the heart of my work. From adolescence through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond, I’m committed to providing care that evolves with you and celebrates your strength at every stage.
Let’s take the guesswork out of healthcare and build something better—together.
I’ve always known I wanted to care for women—but during my medical training, it quickly became clear that our healthcare system often reduces women to just their reproductive potential. Early on, I was told that if I wanted to focus on women’s health, I’d have to become an OB/GYN. So, I started down that path. But it didn’t feel like mine.
That question led me to family medicine, where I shaped my training to focus on women’s health more holistically. Still, I found myself limited to OB and Gyn rotations—until I discovered the Specialized Women’s Health Fellowship at Cleveland Clinic. That’s where I finally found my place.
During two intensive years, I trained in areas often overlooked in traditional medical education—perimenopause and menopause, PCOS, PMDD, mood disorders, endocrinology, cardiology, rheumatology, breast health, neurology, and more. I learned how differently women experience health and illness, and how critical it is to understand those differences.
That journey wasn’t easy. If it was that hard for me to access the training and knowledge needed to care for women comprehensively, I knew it must be even harder for patients to find the care they deserve.
That’s why I do this work. For every woman who’s been told “it’s all in your head,” or dismissed when she asked if her hormones might be playing a role—I’m here to listen, to validate, and to care.
At Concierge Medicine of Westlake, I’m proud to offer thoughtful, evidence-based care that honors the complexity of women’s health and treats every patient as a whole person—because you deserve nothing less.

Why Concierge Care
Dr. Alexa Fiffick chose to open a concierge medicine practice because she believes that truly personalized care starts with strong, trusted relationships. In traditional healthcare settings, time constraints and rushed visits often leave little room for meaningful connection or in-depth conversation. Through concierge medicine, Dr. Fiffick is able to offer the kind of thoughtful, attentive care every patient deserves.
This model allows her to spend real time with each patient—listening, asking questions, and understanding the full picture of their health and lifestyle. Instead of the standard 15-minute appointments, Dr. Fiffick can dive deep into concerns, provide clear answers, and create individualized care plans that address every aspect of well-being.
With same-day or next-day appointments, direct access via phone, text, or email, and a true continuity of care, Dr. Fiffick is able to be there when it matters most. This level of accessibility creates a partnership in health—where patients feel seen, heard, and empowered to take control of their care with confidence.
